HoneyFyx Referral Partner Terms and Conditions


Program Overview

The HoneyFyx Referral Partner Program allows individuals to refer new customers to HoneyFyx and may receive a referral reward when a qualifying project is completed. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined below.


Eligibility

  • Any individual or business may participate as a HoneyFyx Referral Partner
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age
  • Employees of HoneyFyx and their immediate family members are not eligible unless approved in writing


Qualifying Referrals

  • Referrals must be new customers to HoneyFyx
  • The referral source must be identified before or at the time of inspection
  • Referrals must result in a signed contract and completed project
  • Referral rewards are issued only after final payment is received by HoneyFyx


Referral Rewards

  • Referral reward amounts are determined by HoneyFyx and may vary by program tier
  • Rewards may be issued as cash, electronic payment, account credit, or other approved incentives
  • Non cash rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated
  • Referral rewards are not transferable


Tax Responsibility

  • Referral rewards may be considered taxable income
  • HoneyFyx complies with all applicable tax reporting requirements
  • Referral Partners are responsible for any personal tax obligations related to rewards received
  • HoneyFyx may require completion of a W9 form for tax reporting purposes


Independent Relationship

  • Referral Partners are not employees, agents, representatives, or affiliates of HoneyFyx
  • Participation in the program does not create an employment or agency relationship
  • Referral Partners may not represent themselves as speaking on behalf of HoneyFyx


Marketing and Representation

  • Referral Partners may not use the HoneyFyx name, logo, or branding without written approval
  • Misrepresentation of HoneyFyx services, pricing, or guarantees may result in removal from the program
  • Referral Partners may not offer pricing, discounts, or guarantees on behalf of HoneyFyx


Program Modifications

  • HoneyFyx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Partner Program at any time
  • Referral rewards are subject to the terms in effect at the time the referral is submitted
  • Changes may be made without prior notice


Disqualification

HoneyFyx reserves the right to disqualify any Referral Partner who:

  • Engages in deceptive or unethical practices
  • Submits false or misleading referral information
  • Violates these Terms and Conditions
  • Damages the reputation of HoneyFyx


Limitation of Liability

HoneyFyx is not responsible for disputes between Referral Partners and referred customers. Referral Partners release HoneyFyx from any claims related to referral rewards beyond those expressly outlined in these Terms and Conditions.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
